1. How to book your trip with Mongolian Adventure Tours:

 If you choose your tour from our tour calendar, you will be able to book your trip and pay your trip deposit by online with your Visa/ Master Card through our online booking. 

When you choose your tour from our tours, booking is made by emailing us the name of tour you would like to book and dates of your travel at info@adventuretours.mn and the payment shall be made by bank transfer to our bank account.

Either ways, you will be asked to pay 300us$ as your trip deposit when you first book your trip. The rest of the payment shall be paid 30 days prior to trip departure.

Once the booking is made, you will receive an email with a letter of confirmation.                                                         

2. Mongolian Adventure Tours responsibilities

We will be responsible for your trip arrangements from the moment you receive your confirmation email from us such as the quality of service, guide, transport, cook and driver organized by Mongolian Adventure Tours.  

Mongolian  Adventure Tours will not be in charge of expenses incurred due to international flight delays, cancellation of flights, lost luggage and health insurance.

3. Your responsibilities

You will be in charge of the expenses for your own personal equipment, tipping, visa fee, inoculations and travel insurance.

Anyone who are allergic to any food or need any special medical condition or require vegetarian food should advise us in advance, otherwise it may be difficult or impossible to meet such demands

Your passport should be valid for 6 months since the date of visa issued.

5.Special request

If you have any special requests concerning tour routes, food, accommodation and other services, please feel free to let us know in advance. We will do our best to provide you with the best possible services permissible in given condition to meet your needs.

6.Cancellation

We would feel sorry if you decide to cancel your tour with us, however we understand it is compelled against your will. If you decide to cancel your tour due to health complications and other reasons beyond your control, please inform us about your cancellation as soon as possible. Depending on the cancellation request date, the refund will be made after certain percentage of the payment is deducted. The deductions will be calculated as follows:

4-14 days prior to the tour – 20 %
